If there is no tms product to uninstall in Start Menu→Add or Remove Programs, then indeed it must be a failed uninstall. You can fix this by opening regedit.exe and going to the key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\tmssoftware\ Then removing all entries from there. Try to verify that those products are not in the hard disk too, because if you have both of them installed, you will get weird issues. „
