Uninstall
If there is no tms product to uninstall in Start Menu→Add or Remove Programs, then indeed it must be a failed uninstall. You can fix this by opening regedit.exe and going to the key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\tmssoftware\ Then removing all entries from there. Try to verify that those products are not in the hard disk too, because if you have both of them installed, you will get weird issues. „
So I would recommend to:
- Check Start Menu→Add or remove programs (which I think you already did)
- If not there, remove the keys from the address above.
- Check for remainings in the hard disk. For the bridges, you can search for „FMX.TMSFNCGridExcelExport*“ Try to remove all that you find. (I can recommend a lot to use „everything“ from www.voidtools.com if you aren't already using it to search for the files)
- Once you have removed them all, install with smartsetup.
